Cometeer is a coffee technology company that brews specialty coffee at 10x strength, then flash-freezes it using liquid nitrogen into recyclable aluminum capsules, preserving peak freshness and flavor. Founded in 2015 by Matthew Roberts and Douglas Hoon, the company spent years perfecting its proprietary brewing and flash-freezing process before launching commercially in 2021. Each capsule can be dissolved in hot water for drip-style coffee, over ice for cold brew, or with milk for lattes โ no machine required.
