Background

Dominic Barton is a Partner at Radical Ventures who advises portfolio companies on commercialization and go-to-market strategy. He served as Global Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company for three terms from 2009 to 2018 and as Canada's Ambassador to China from 2019 to 2021. He currently chairs Rio Tinto and LeapFrog Investments. He provides Radical's portfolio with access to his extensive global networks.
